Rubies of Eventide Quests - Sorcerer's Quarrel

Denrik the Sorcery Teacher in KB will offer a quest to any character with 300 Sorcery. He tells you about Aldrakar who has been experimenting in his Mage Tower in the Rich Quarter of New Jollis. Seems he has been disposing of his failed experiments in the sewers beneath the town. One of these experiments was not quite the failure he expected and has been spawning 'wisps' that are taking over the sewers.

Denrik wants you to deliver a scroll to Aldrakar, a scroll that contains a magical trap. He tells you that Orekh in Halerma can arange for the delivery.

Orekh requests 1 larn to deliver the scroll. Paying the fee gets you 2500 XP, increases your reputation with the Temple of Ralix and the Scourge of Ralix. It also decreases your reputation with the Temple of Arista and the Guardians of Nature

Returning to Denrik you are reimbursed your larn and allowed to learn Element's Rage, a level 300 sorcery spell.
