Best you be reminded that this is old information and not necessarily the current rubies of eventide position regarding soul points and how they will be used. Recent posts suggest that Jeff, aka scapegoat, has changed his mind and is implementing a completely different approach for Soul Points in Rubies of Eventide. Either way, this is what was said way back when... Initial plans, most already coded awaiting the patch and update . Last word from Jeff was he needs several days to finish, but the recent issues with explosive growth and the resultant need to upgrade our bandwidth and hardware to at least attempt to handle the load has completely pulled him of software for the last two weeks. Soul point usages, stage one. 1. Single line respec (SLR) = 1 soul point (SP) + 1 per SLR , so first costs 1, second costs 2, third costs 3, etc , so that respecing 3 lines will cost 6 SP, and 4 would cost 10 SP. 2.
