Aseth, one of the original developers of Rubies of Eventide posted in a thread on the official forums "The Scrolls of Ralix were meant to be held vertically. Collect all seven of them, and sort them by the first letter, then read across. They spoke of the deal between Chalik and Ralix".

You can collect the scrolls of ralix from the imps in highlands. Lesser imps drop them all. Greater and Elemental imps only dropped "A" and "B" when I was farming the.
